You'll meet leaders from those organizations and the broader Project Play network of foundations, corporations, community recreation groups, clubs, government agencies, professional leagues and teams, tech and media entities, and schools.
THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
The 2024 Summit will focus on four main themes: School Sports, Governance, Coaching and Building Healthy Communities. The Summit is where we pump new ideas into the bloodstream that can trigger systems-level change in the development of sport opportunities for youth. In plenaries and breakouts, discover tools and gain fresh insights from grassroots innovators, kids, policymakers, national sport leaders and top citizen-athletes.
ACTION
Be there as funders and other organizations announce new programs and commitments. We'll recognize the 2024 cohort of Project Play Champions. Given our location this year, we will also reflect on the outcomes from our first local State of Play report released in 2017 and elevate examples of how communities, businesses and government can work together to improve access and provide quality experiences for all kids.
